LASTEST JAMB/UNIBEN UPDATE

 

It is no longer news that the minimun cut off mark for universities (public/private), polytechnics etc as set by Jamb is 160. This news was disclosed after the Jamb policy meeting held on Tuesday 16th, June 2020. It was also said by Jamb that all admission process for the 2020/2021 academic session should kick start by August 2020. As a result many schools are making preparation to release their post utme screening form for the 2020/2021 academic session while, others have released their screening form.
Schools which have released their screening form include:

1. Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma
Cut off mark: 180
Amount: 2,000.00, excluding bank charges
Date: 22/06/2020 to 20/08/2020

2. University of Uyo, Uniuyo
Cut off mark: 180
Amount: 2,000.00, excluding bank charges
Date: 22/06/2020 to 17/07/2020

3. Ebonyi State University, Ebonyi, EBSU
Cut off mark: 160
Date: 22/06/2020

Note: Candidates who picked these schools as first choice are eligible to register for the 2020/2021 post utme screening form.

“Candidates having UTME scores below 200 will not be offered admission into OAU, University of Ibadan, Convenant University, Unilag and Uniben” says Jamb.
So please if your UTME score is below 200 and u applied to the above schools, it is adviced that change school so as to avoid stories that touch 

Jamb portal is opened for uploading of WAEC/SSCE results, change of Institution/Course, Data Correction, etc.

University of Benin is yet to release her post utme screening form for 2020/2021 academic session. Students should not relent from studying their books as info has it that the form would be released anytime soon.
